Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Serviceable Areas

Currently available in selected pin codes of Vizag & Hyderabad.
Delivery availability is confirmed during checkout.
We are expanding to more locations soon.

2. Delivery Timelines

Same-Day: Orders before 6 PM may be delivered the same day (subject to slot availability).
Scheduled: Customers can choose preferred delivery slots.
Standard: Within 2–24 hours depending on location.
Delays (traffic/weather) will be notified via app, SMS, or call.

3. Delivery Charges

Shown at checkout before payment.
Free delivery for orders above the minimum amount.
Subscriptions may get free or discounted delivery.

4. Shipping Process

Products are handpicked, quality-checked, and packed carefully for freshness.

5. Delivery Attempt & Redelivery

Delivery will be attempted once at the given address.
If unavailable, our team will contact you.
Failed deliveries may be rescheduled (extra charge) or cancelled (deductions apply).

6. Delays & Force Majeure

Delays due to natural disasters, heavy rain, strikes, or road closures are out of our control, but we will inform you and reschedule where possible.

7. No-Contact Delivery

Customers can opt for a safe “No-Contact Delivery.” The order will be left at your doorstep.

8. Order Tracking

Track your order in real-time through the Dhenusya Organics app.

9. Ownership & Responsibility

Ownership passes to you upon delivery. Dhenusya Organics is not responsible for loss after successful delivery.
